Annie McRae

Annie McRae has been practicing as a nutrition consultant for 13 years having graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) London, UK with credit. She also qualified as a Home Economist at the Polytechnic of North London (now The University of North London) soon after leaving school.

Annie was brought up on a farm in Sussex, England providing fresh vegetables and milk. Her mother had a talent and love for cooking. Much of this influenced Annie to enjoy cooking and further her skills of preparing unadulterated, wholesome food from an early age.

Her approach to nutrition is holistic, meaning that good practical nutrition affects the well being of the whole person. Annie’s quest is to help people find relief from their aliments and restore them to health. Annie also enjoys presenting nutrition workshops for small groups on a variety of topics.

Annie is a partner in The IBS & Gut Disorder Centre in UK which has its clinic in the famous Harley Street, London. IBS and digestive disorders are her specialties. She also practiced for the Allergy & Nutrition Centre which focussed on dealing with stress, hormonal imbalances, weight management, acne, eczema, other skin disorders, fatigue, and food intolerances.

She has recently re-located to California where she is now practicing.
